Boy Scouts of America Troop 41 will be running the Abington Food Drive this Saturday, Nov. 14, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the Abington Food Pantry, located at 425 Plymouth St.
Suggested Items include dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, napkins, cranberry sauce, gravy, green beans, corn, stuffing, mayonnaise, peanut butter, jelly, Hamburger Helper, soup, rice, beans, pasta, sauce, macaroni & cheese, canned goods, cereal, pancake or muffin mix, crackers or cookies, dried fruits, snack bars, adult or infant diapers, or any other non-perishable food items.
Due to the ongoing pandemic, the Boy Scouts will be taking precautionary measures such as wearing masks and providing a contactless drive-thru drop-off. Scouts and volunteers will receive donations by removing bags from the trunk or rear hatch of vehicles.
