This time, the Abington library staff is hoping the public can answer its questions
The Abington Public Library is conducting a survey as part of a five year strategic planning process.
“A Strategic Plan provides organizations with a blueprint for the future,” Library Director Deborah Grimmett wrote in an email.
“For public libraries in Massachusetts, a current Strategic Plan is also required when applying for grant funding. A community survey is a vital piece of strategic planning for libraries.”
The survey asks patrons for feedback on how they use the library, what services they feel are important, and ways the library could be more helpful. The survey takes just a few minutes to complete.
