Both have multiple decades of experience working in the restaurant and food service industry, and say they’re enjoying their decision to go into business for themselves.
RESTAURANT STYLE: American Pub, featuring homestyle cooking, such as burgers, pot pies, chop suey, and 25 kinds of wings. “Everything is made from scratch.”
CUSTOMERS’ FAVORITE DISHES: Breakfast: Sausage biscuits and gravy. Lunch: Burgers made with angus beef, served with chips/fries made in-house. Also, the spicy pulled pork potato skins.
YOU OUGHTA TRY: The homemade corned beef
THEIR FAVORITE PART OF OWNING THE BUSINESS: The customers. “They become part of your family.”
WHAT THEY HOPE CUSTOMERS TELL THEIR FRIENDS: “That the food was great, and the atmosphere was nice, and they want to come here.”
WHATS NEXT: A full-service food truck.
